This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first cold-pressed lemon-flavoured olive oil from Italy. It has exceptional quality from organic farming and produced from a particularly favourable climate and growing conditions, (olive trees grown in 400-500 meters above sea level, the cultivation of olives and production of oil is not used any chemical additives and is installed very strict quality control system). The oil is produced by pressing the oil from Leccino olives using age-old tradition, thereby producing an intense and pleasant aroma of fresh olives. The olive oil, mixed at a low temperature with lemons from Sorrento region, takes on a soft and subtle lemon flavor. Most suitable for rice or fresh salads, steamed and grilled fish dishes seasoning.
