Chicken Wings in Marsala

Chicken Wings in Marsala
1kg chicken wings
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2tsp grated green ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Sesame seeds
salt and pepper
1 cup Pellegrino Marsala
Combine all ingredients (except seeds and olive oil) in a large bowl, mix well and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally. Pour oil into a baking dish, add chicken wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 350°C for 40 mins basting with marinade. Serve.
